These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Super Clean mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Super Clean provides tools designed to help users manage and organize device storage, including but not limited to:

• Cleaning photos and videos
• Video compression
• Swipe-based photo review and deletion
• Contact management, including duplicate contact merging and contact backup

Features and functionality of the App may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time to improve user experience and service quality.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing any data before deleting it, including photos, videos, contacts, or other files.
• Deleted content or data may not be recoverable.
• Super Clean is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from actions performed by users within the App.

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to misuse the App or infringe upon the rights of others.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.

Subscription terms include:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings after purchase.

All billing, subscription management, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple App Store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, logos, features, and content, are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or performance of the App.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Clean and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device-related issues arising from the use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

If changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted within the App or on the relevant service page. Continued use of the App after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
