- Device Information: To ensure App compatibility and stability, we collect anonymized information such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Advertising ID), and app crash logs.
- Usage Data: We record how you use the various functions of the App (e.g., feature click frequency, session duration) to analyze and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide Core Services: Using your uploaded photos for AI food recognition and nutritional analysis; using your photos to generate AI style filter effects; managing and encrypting your private album on your device.
- To Improve and Optimize Services: Analyzing usage data to diagnose issues, optimize algorithms, and develop new features.
- Communication: Responding to your feedback or sending service-related updates via in-app notifications or email (if you provide it).
3. Data Processing and Storage: Our Core Commitments
3.1. How Photos and Videos are Processed
- AI Food Recognition & AI Style Filters: To enable these features, the photos you select need to be temporarily uploaded to our secure servers for AI model processing. After processing is complete, the original photos are immediately deleted from our servers. We do not permanently store your original photos for creating models or any other purpose.
- Private Album: All data for this feature (photos and videos you move into the private album) is stored entirely on your local device and is not uploaded to any of our servers. Encryption and protection are handled by your device's system.
3.2. Special Statement Regarding Facial Data
- We solemnly declare that we do not detect, extract, collect, or store any facial feature data (biometric data) that can be used to identify a specific individual.
- During the AI Style Filter processing, we treat the uploaded image as a whole data set for processing, aiming to stylize the output while preserving the character features of the original image. This process does not involve separating or storing independent facial templates.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We never sell your personal data. We only share information under the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share anonymized or necessary information with contracted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting services, data analytics companies), who must protect your information in accordance with this policy.
