Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. Downloading, installing, or using the Health Life - Beauty Photo mobile application ("the App") signifies that you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please cease using and delete the App immediately.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

1.1 You declare and warrant that you are at least 13 years old or have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction to consent to the processing of personal data. If you have not reached this age, you must use the App under the review and consent of your parent or guardian.

1.2. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Use and the relevant regulations of your device's operating system provider.

2. Service Description

The App primarily provides the following services:

2.1 AI Food Recognition & Nutrition Analysis: Uses artificial intelligence technology to identify food in photos and provides estimated nutritional component data.

2.2 AI Style Filters: Provides various AI-driven photo style conversion templates to generate creative images.

2.3 Private Album: Provides locally encrypted storage space for protecting user photos and videos.

2.4. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The App and all its content, including but not limited to source code, databases, user interface, graphics, design, compilation, overall structure, and "look and feel," are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and are owned by the App.

3.2 You retain ownership of all original photos and videos you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license, solely for the purpose of providing you with real-time AI processing services (such as food recognition and filter generation) within the App. This license is necessary for the service functionality and terminates upon completion of the processing.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

4.1 Upload, post, transmit, or share any illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, infringing, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

4.2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4.3. Use any automated system (e.g., bots, crawlers) to access the App or interfere with its normal operation.

4.4. Infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or portrait rights.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1. Not Professional Advice: The nutritional analysis data provided by the App (including but not limited to estimates of calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat) is designed for informational and reference purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You should not use this information for disease diagnosis, treatment, or health management. Please consult a doctor or registered dietitian before using any nutritional information.

5.2. AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI Style Filters is uncertain and artistic in nature. We cannot guarantee that the generated results will fully meet your expectations and make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of the generated content.

5.3. "AS IS" Basis: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.4. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. How we process your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

7. Termination

If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your right to access the Service without prior notice.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. The modified agreement will take effect immediately upon being posted within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
